All tuition, registration fees, and purchases are due as indicated during checkout or registration.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broadway Babies and Kids and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or communications.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
